Leading a multi-country operation in the development sector requires a unique blend of strategic vision, cultural intelligence, and operational excellence. The Academy provided all three. The program’s focus on stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and crisis communications was directly applicable to my work. The mentorship from a seasoned leader in the public sector gave me a fresh perspective on navigating complex environments. I’ve since expanded our regional footprint and strengthened our partnerships with government agencies. CGA gave me the confidence and tools to lead at a higher level.
